Studio30 is an innovative apartment concept consisting of twenty (20) 325 square foot micro studio units and ten (10) 430 square foot micro studio loft units to the multifamily market. The micro unit design seeks to bring 30 financially attainable housing units to the Sacramento market.

VPI is providing the following services on Studio30:

• Permitting & Development Management services

• Civil Engineering services for Entitlements through the Construction Phase of the projects. Project is expected to start construction in Q1 of 2023.
