Grand Gathering, by Greater Sacramento Urban League, includes the renovation of an existing 3,750 SF commercial building into a community maker's space, community kitchen, & retail space. The adjacent, vacant lot will be transformed into a fenced, outdoor plaza & pavilion for outdoor community events.

Vertical Pacific is providing Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture design services for the project, in addition to Development & Construction Management Services.
